Courtyard area: The Main entrance door takes you into the beautiful courtyard area with potted plants and central water feature, around the sides of the courtyard are three twin bedded rooms, two have en-suite bathrooms and one has an en-suite shower room. Main house ground floor accommodation: From the courtyard the second entrance door leads through to the main house. There is a good size entrance hall which leads into a spacious lounge/dining room that is equipped with a feature fire place, comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large dining table to seat ten people. Sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Archways at either end of the lounge/dining room lead to the television room and kitchen. The television room features large comfortable sofas, plasma screen cable TV, DVD player and doors to the terrace and pool area. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with a circular stainless steel sink central island, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, built-in coffee maker and fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. Also on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom and a study with a desk and doors to the terrace. Bedroom 2 is located on this level, it is a double room with a four poster bed and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors open out to the terrace overlooking the garden. First floor accommodation: The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and features a king size bed, comfortable seating including a chaise long, private terrace overlooking the pool area, separate dressing area, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a separate walk in shower. Outside area: The large pool (which can be heated at a supplement) measuring approximately 12m x6m is surrounded by tiles where sun loungers are provided. The covered terrace is furnished with comfortable lounging furniture as well as a dining table for al fresco dining. There is a brick built barbecue provided for your use.
