This Grand Luxxe Residence Loft 3 bedroom loft is set in a 5 Diamond Resort. Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra Madre Mountains, it is a tropical paradise. The Grand Luxxe Residence Loft is large, close to 5,100 square feet and contains one master bedroom with a king-size bed on the ground level. The loft contains a master bedroom with a king size bed and a guest bedroom with two queen beds. Each bedroom has a large dual vanity bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen has an eat at counter, refrigerator, cook top, microwave, washer/dryer, wine cooler, dish washer and other small appliances. It opens into a large living room with two sleeper sofas (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children) and dining room with a large table with seating for 8. A full bathroom is in the loft for guest. Also off the living room/dinning and table. A second living bedroom is sprawling deck with plunge pool, lounge chairs, sofa, and dining table. A second living room with an additional deck also has a sleeper sofa (sleeps two). The Grand Luxxe has 4 LCD TVs. Complimentary 16 rounds of golf on the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and two complimentary massages in the luxurious Spatium are included with the rental week.
A concierge is stationed on each floor and in the lobby to arrange all your needs. Each morning coffee is available by the concierge’s desk.
