CASA ROGERS PRIVATE ESTATE (CRPE) has 9,000 square feet including 8 beds in the main house, 3 beds in the adjacent guest house, plus 13 daybeds/chaise lounges on the outside patio, at pool-side, and in the courtyard. The main house is 4200 sq. ft. The GRAND MASTER BEDROOM SUITE #1 has a California king size bed with a 50 inch HD flat screen TV, a mirrored ceiling, a mirrored wall, a plush leather living area with private beverage refrigerator, a champagne fridge, a private hot tub with a 50 inch HD flat screen TV, and huge walk in closets. There is also a 500 square foot guest house with three queen beds and an entertainment center. You will find hardwood floors, custom artwork, and many other “first class” features throughout the house to make your stay a “first class” experience.

CASA ROGERS PRIVATE ESTATE (CRPE) has 2 California king beds, 6 queen beds, and 4 singles. On the outside in the courtyard and patio surrounding the pool there are 6 queen daybeds, 1 opium daybed, 6 chaise lounges, and many other lounge chairs, The area also contains a stainless steel grill, fire pits, space heaters, misters, a flat screen TV by the hot tub, and a flat screen TV on the huge patio. The patio area is made for entertaining in luxury and comfort with patio seating and includes , cabanas, 12+ daybeds, a beer fridge, a keg master, a stainless steel grill island with icebox, a refrigerator, and a blender. The Nikki Beach Miami/Hard Rock-style, oasis themed pool was designed for fun. The pool features a waterfall, beach entry, a swim-up bar, and a hot tub area. Indoors the entertainment features include a 110 Inch High Definition big screen theater room and High Definition flat screen TVs in every room throughout the house. There is also a recreation room with a pool table and table tennis available. This must-see Smart House integrates entertainment and comfort settings through Control4 home automation with the use of Google Androids, iPads and iPhones. The true High Definition entertainment system includes Direct-TV, Apple TV, PLEX, and Amazon Fire. REQUIREMENTS, DEPOSIT, & CANCELLATION POLICY:

*** REQUIRED: IN ADDITION TO VRBO/HOMEAWAYS PDP $99 INSURANCE THERE MUST BE A SIGNED FORMAL CRPE AGREEMENT, ACCEPTANCE BY ALL TENANTS OF THE HOUSE RULES, 1K SECURITY DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE).

Bookings canceled 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees. Bookings canceled 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, minus processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 25% refund, minus processing fees. No refund to nightly rate, processing fees or insurance costs will be given within 30 days of the start of the stay. In event of cancellation, please send a written request for cancellation, signed, dated, and sent by certified mail to ROGERS HOLDINGS II LLC, 2657 WINDMILL PARKWAY SUITE 137. HENDERSON NV 89074. Please include a photocopy of your state or Federal picture ID and proof of payment. Upon receipt of all of these items, funds will be returned within 30 days.

CASA ROGERS PRIVATE ESTATE (CRPE) is NOT to be rented for the purpose of holding weddings, parties, receptions or similar events that typically are held at a banquet facility or other facilities that are made available for the holding of events on a commercial basis. No more than 25 people total can be on property at any time. Any use of Casa Rogers is limited to activities that are incidental to its use for dwelling, lodging or sleeping purposes. WE DO NOT SUPPORT PARTY HOUSES.
