We just completed construction of our new custom pool and spa. Gorgeous modernist design with iridescent Glass tile and large spa that seats up to 10!! and a cool waterfall feature. Custom made pool bed to lounge on with eclipse umbrella. OUr guests have said that the pool area has the look and feel of a 5-star boutique hotel! Also new gas fire pit with iron butterfly chairs surrounding! Large outdoor dining/entertaining area with large dining table and gas barbecue!

Our home is newly remodeled with stunning authentic vintage mid-century furniture by famous designers Adrian Piersall, and Milo Baughman. Our home interiors reflect my passion and love for mid-century modern design. Quintessential Palm Springs modern villa!!!!

Upon entering the home you are met by a sunken living room with 15 foot vaulted ceilings and newly installed concrete high-gloss floors. An amazing space for entertaining your friends and family. Elevated dining room area with large dining table that seats eight comfortably. Newly remodeled ultra modern fully equipped kitchen with White quartz countertops. And adjoining dinette area.

A super fun and very unique room that is sure to please, is the super sultry "Havana Room"! You will feel like youve traveled back in time to old Havana. From the Stunning classic banana leaf wallpaper, cool leather Cuban cigar chairs, and vintage tiki bar, this retro room is a great place to hang out and drink mojitos at the bar while watching the ball game! The Havana room opens up to the outdoor dining area and pool. It also has a pull-out sofa queen bed.

Huge master suite opens up into the pool area. Decorated in The style of 1940s/50s Hollywood Regency, when Palm Springs was the playground for glamorous Hollywood movie star icons.

We have two more bedrooms both with queen beds and decorated retro hip 60s era.

Youll never want to leave this place! It has everything you could ask for and more to make your vacation one youll never forget! Golf, (two 18 Hole championship golf courses minutes away!) Horse back riding at Smoketree Ranch and amazing hiking trails are within walking distance. The Saguaro, Ace and Parker Hotels and ultra chic LHorizon are minutes away with great restaurants and night life, many with live entertainment. Casinos in town as well! A neighborhood shopping center is a mile away and has everything you would need including a Ralphs and Jensons market. The airport is a short 10 minutes away! We are only five minutes driving from downtown Palm Springs. Our home comfortably sleeps eight adults and inflatable bed for children.

I am available at all times to answer any questions or respond to any concerns of my guests. I also have a house man named Jethro who is also our pool and maintenance man. And he can respond and assist as well.

FYI - I have a three night minimum for holiday weekends and four night minimum for Coachella and Stagecoach festival.

HOUSE RULES:

Please treat this home as you would your own. Noise levels outdoors in the pool area need to be kept to a minimum. No loud partying, and music must be kept at a low-volume. We need to respect our neighbors and also it is a city ordinance for the city of Palm Springs forbidding loud music in outside areas of homes. Its OK to play music inside the house at a higher volume. :) Thank you so much for your cooperation.
