Construction 2005, with 3 bedrooms + sofa bed on the mezzanine, 2 full bathrooms (shower and bath-shower), cinema room, large garden level play area, mezzanine office and a washing room.

A beautiful sunny terrace borders the house on the south side.

Slow combustion fireplace indoors for cold winter days and outdoor fireplace to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.

61,000 square feet of land allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. A pretty stream crosses the land to go into the lake. The gently sloping site will take you to the terrace and the dock which have been laid out so you can enjoy the waters edge.

Fishing is allowed on the lake and several fish species live there. There are notably bass, perch, trout, sunfish.

We leave at your disposal 2 kayaks and a rowboat. An engine can be rented with the boat on request ($).

Located at -35 minutes from Tremblant to enjoy all its attractions (Scandinavian Spa, golf, festivals, skiing, restaurants, casino, etc.). For bike lovers, the Le Petit Train du Nord bike path allows you to travel more than 200km.

Wifi is included and we have excellent reception for cell phones.

Animals are not allowed and it is strictly forbidden to smoke.
