Villa Avefria is a spacious and luxurious villa which sleeps 6 to 8 persons with 150 m2 floorspace .
The villa has a private swimmingpool measuring 8 x 4 m.
The villa is situated at walking distance of the town of Iznate, Costa del Sol. Iznate is located 35 km northeast of Malaga. From the airport you reach Iznate by car within half an hour.

The villa offers all comfort and is lovely situated at hillside. The white village of Iznate can be reached within 5 minutes by foot. At the top of the hill, within our own premises,you can look over the Mediterean See. You reach the beach by car within 15 minutes.
Although the villa is located 8 km from the busy Costa del Sol, mass tourism did not spoil the area yet.
Close to everything one would wish (for youngsters and grown ups) you will experience privacy and quietness. From the terrace you have an endless view over the surrounding areas towards the mountains and villages.

The villa is well-equipped and has a luxurious interior with Smart TV, washingmachine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, WIFI (free), babycod and chair and a big fridge.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, each sleeps 2. The main bedroom has its own bathroom, the two other bedrooms share the second bathroom.
In the livingroom, which can be easily separated from the other rooms, a comfortable sofa is located which easily can be converted in a full size bed which sleeps 2 persons.

Prices vary between € 850 to € 1.200 per week depending on season.
