A Rare Vacation- On Millionaires Row: Live in the grand style. The beautifully restored Villa Nirvana mansion. Renovated and furnished in the original style (with some mod-comes.) Originally built at the end of the 19th century by John Boulton Simpson, one of the millionaire owners and builders of the Sagamore Hotel for his family. Adjacent to the Sagamore Resort it shares the spectacular southern views of the lake and is but a short stroll to the Sagamore to eat dinner or have drinks or to go into Bolton Landing and eat at the restaurants or shop in the stores. Its also about 45 minutes to Saratoga and the Racetrack so you can go to the track and still be on the lake.

Swim from the dock or you can go to one of Boltons public beaches if youre more of a sand person. Theres also a dockspace for tenants boat up to 25 space-this will be at the dock infront of the house. This will be opened for Thanksgiving and Christmas 2014 if youd like to bring your family and have a large Christmas or have Christmas or Thanksgiving dinner at the Sagamore then wander home to Nirvana.

Extensive porches wrap around lakeside. Airconditioned, cable televisions, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, firstplace on first floor and in bedrooms for decoration only. Separate formal dining room with chandelier and large table. Formal living room as well as large family room with television. 5 bedrooms on second floor with 4 kings and two twins and the third floor with four bedrooms with two twins, a full and a queen, two fulls and the kids room with queen, two twins and full mattresses

$475 cleaning fee
